Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Kate Made LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Kate Made LLC is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges resulting from customs clearance.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Kate Made LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@katemadeskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
